How do I check my balance on my Healthy Food Benefit card? ›

A: You can access your card balance 24/7/365 by going online at MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com or on the Benefits Pro app.

Eligible products include all food items like fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen foods, and more.

Anthem is Excited to Announce Dollar General is now in their Grocery network. Anthem Medicare Advantage members now have more choices when using their Grocery benefit allowance. Starting today, Medicare Advantage members can now shop in Dollar General for their Grocery benefits.

You can also order products online, by phone, or by mail exclusively through our OTC partner, NationsBenefits, and get them delivered to your home at no additional cost. At an ATM. To check your account balance at an ATM, insert your debit or ATM card, enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and select “balance inquiry” or a similar option. Your account balance will be displayed on the screen, along with any recent transactions.

This includes stores like CVS, Walmart®, Food Lion, Kroger and more. The member portal also has a store lookup tool, so it's easy to find stores near you. You'll also be able to use the healthy food card online at walmart.com.

Rewards on UCards from the 2022 plan year will transfer to a member's new UCard for 2023 plan year. Members with any other type of reward card from 2022 will NOT have their balances transferred to their new UCard and can continue spending any balance remaining. Will benefit credits expire?

Most gift cards will have a toll-free number on the back of them that you can call to get your balance. Flip the card over to the side with the black card strip and locate the phone number on the back of the card.
